Meeting of October 12, 2009

Attending: Michael Bernstein, Maria Daniels, Peter Houk, Alexa Mase, Will Tenney

The meeting was called to order at 6:07 pm.

1. Treasurer's Report. Current account balances, reimbursements to date, accrued interest, and financial outlook for FY2010. Will met with the city's finance director, Anne Baker, on 9/17 along with two auditors hired by the Massachusetts Cultural Council, as part of a pilot effort by the MCC to inform city authorities about new account management and reporting procedures.
   
2. Motion to reserve only $200 of FY2009 unused administrative funds for pending administrative expenses, to free up more funding for applicants. PASSED unanimously.
   
3. Motion to allocate the full 5% permitted for FY10 administrative expenses. PASSED unanimously.
   
4. Motion to approve financial worksheet as submitted by Treasurer Will Tenney. PASSED unanimously.
